Catherine’s Health Center is a non-profit, neighborhood-based overall health facility dedicated to serving low-revenue residents of Higher Grand Rapids. Wellness centers provide care to the Nation’s most vulnerable folks and families, such as men and women experiencing homelessness, agricultural workers, residents of public housing, and the Nation’s veterans. Develop systems of patient-centered and integrated care that respond to the exclusive requirements of diverse medically underserved locations and populations.
